The Role

To deliver on the business growth strategic actions, we are looking to hire a Change & Operations Manager to support the organization through the transition. The Manager will be overall responsible for managing and coordinating all the Operations that support the sales and distribution process.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyzing and Improvement of organizational processes and workflows for efficiency and improved customer experience
  • Maintaining superior quality of client service delivery by all teams
  • Managing suppliers, service level agreements and any procurement process
  • Implementation and monitoring effectiveness of company policies & SOPs
  • Maintaining a clean customer database and document management system

Team Management

  • Managing, motivating, coaching the team for high productivity, teamwork and learning
  • Promoting efficiency and optimal use of I.T tools, platforms and data in operations, sales and customer support processes

Project Management

  • Ensuring all projects meet strategic objectives, time and budget
  • Coordinate implementation of the ‘management actions statement’ for business growth
  • Liaising with industry stakeholders – insurance companies, sub-agents, expert consultants, etc

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Assist with implementation and monitoring of compliance and risk management policy
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are in place


Competencies & Skills

  • Background and training in insurance
  • Experience or understanding in principles of managing organizational change process
  • Experience in managing people/teams; able to work collaboratively with and through others for
  • Strong interpersonal relationships
  • Organized and able to implement strategy; with the flexibility to juggle a variety of functions and projects
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
  • A good understanding of organizational issues and challenges – especially through growth and
  • Keen on financial and budgeting processes and principles
  • Effective problem-solving skills
